Stephen Wadsworth
Mr. Wadsworth has extensive experience in program and project management and engineering for mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and utility system projects for government, commercial, institutional, industrial, and private clients. He also has provided well over 100 investigative reports on mechanical and plumbing systems for clients like the State of Utah , Dixie College , Southern Utah University, and many more. His qualifications include project definition, scope, negotiating, engineering for the preliminary, schematic, and final design, and construction inspection. Specific skills include specification writing, analysis for code compliance, cost estimating, design analysis, value engineering, and project coordination.

Win Packer
Mr. Packer's qualifications include; system design, equipment selection, computer design and program evaluation, job coordination within his own discipline as well as architectural. He has had field experience in inspections and working with architects, municipalities, and school boards in code compliance. His expertise is used oversee the computer analysis of buildings to determine the load requirements and compliance to state energy codes. Win Packer has excelled in design, project management, and construction administration services for a wide variety of projects. He has an extensive feel on organizing the different areas of the design process to output a complete accurate mechanical design.
